We offer the below specialist services as we recognise it can be difficult to find a full roofing, external and internal fabric maintenance business. However, with our highly trained and knowledgeable tradespeople at hand along with our specialist services we can deliver all your needs under one roof.

Roof Condition Surveys:

We offer a full conditioned roof survey as part of our special services. The report is designed to identify any unforeseen issues that may cause or be causing issues on your roof with a full photographic report along with your free no obligation estimate supplied which will advise all findings.

The report is a useful tool for future repairs to your building with a planned tailored approach.

This is available to all new and existing clients.

Hire of mobile working platform:

We offer a full day service for the mobile working elevated platform (MEWP). This service comes hand in hand with trained IPAF operative who will operate the machine for the full hire.

Tailored and bespoke estimates can be supplied on request.

On call services:

We also offer a streamline 24 hour emergency call out service where our on call team will take all your out of hours calls allowing you to arrange for a team to attend urgently or when you need them. This service is offered to all existing and new clients.

Fire insulation and protection:

Fire Resistant Insulation slows the spread of fire and protects the structural integrity of buildings. It is designed to resist high temperatures and ensure no toxic smoke is released if it does come into contact with flames. As well as being fire resistant, it also boasts strong thermal and acoustic insulation to properties.

Roof anchor testing:

Annual roof anchor safety inspections areconducted in accordance with the latest applicable standards to visually review the roof fall protection arrest system to ensure its integrity and functionality have not been compromised; followed by a comprehensive report listing remedial action(s) should they be required.

Our teams are highly trained in anchor testing and carry out all works safely and sufficiently for all our clients needs
