Most newly installed roofs carry between a 10 and 25 year warranty depending on products used and roof type. It’s often the case that when a new roof is installed that it gets forgotten about and neglected because there’s been a warranty issued. However, no matter how old your roof may be it needs to be maintained annually and checked throughly to make sure the warranty can be upheld. If your roof is maintained properly then it won’t only see out it’s warranty but exceed its lifespan.
